1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by taya750 — whether through the website at taya750.net or any associated mobile interface — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance takes effect at the moment you click "I Agree" during registration or first access the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the taya750 platform, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game or promotion rules, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name, or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, taya750 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings derived from them.

2.3 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine contact number or email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify taya750 immediately if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Territorial Eligibility

taya750 is intended for players physically located within the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your specific location at the time of use. taya750 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your taya750 account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and must not share your login credentials with any other person. taya750 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access arose from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify taya750's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. taya750 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including suspending your account, pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, or assigning their taya750 account or any entitlements associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on taya750 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). taya750 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven bills payment. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

taya750 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may impose transaction fees or limits independent of taya750. You are responsible for understanding and accepting any fees charged by your chosen payment provider.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. taya750 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not held in your name, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder may be returned and the associated account restricted pending review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at taya750 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not possible, taya750 will process the withdrawal to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the account holder's name.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, taya750 requires completion of identity verification ("KYC"). This process may require you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID), a recent proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.

taya750 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to four (4) business hours for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 6. Bonus-linked funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Real-money deposits that have not been used in any wager may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be clearly displayed on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion's detail page.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

taya750 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on all outcomes of a single event), or exploiting system errors or software bugs.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the taya750 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Game results are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by taya750 or its staff in any manner.

Each game title on taya750 is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published where available and represent long-term statistical averages — they do not guarantee specific results within any individual session.

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error during gameplay, taya750 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and refund the stake to the player's account. Game outcomes resulting from a verifiable system error will not be honored.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya750 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to influence game outcomes.

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's identity or payment method without their express consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the taya750 platform — including but not limited to the taya750 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of taya750 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the taya750 platform without prior written consent from taya750. Unauthorized use of taya750's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya750 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the taya750 platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, payment processing delays, or unauthorized account access resulting from your own negligence.

taya750 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.

In all cases where taya750 is found to be liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to taya750 in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

taya750 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following tools are available to all registered taya750 players:

12. Account Suspension & Termination

taya750 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory authority.
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and associated winnings will not be returned where the account was closed due to a breach of these Terms.

You may request voluntary closure of your taya750 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and your verified balance will be returned to you in accordance with the withdrawal procedures described in Section 5.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the taya750 platform, shall first be submitted to taya750's customer support team for internal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.

15. Amendments to These Terms

taya750 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, taya750 will provide notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the taya750 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
